House of Arts recognizes the pivotal role art play in creating youth friendly spaces, it uses various creative platforms to educate on personal, academic and community development. By providing workshops, classes, and mentorship programs, the organization equips young people with the necessary skills and knowledge to actively participate and voice their visions and aspirations in apt platforms and also pursue careers in the arts, fostering a passion for lifelong learning.

Advocacy

Through its projects and initiatives, House of Arts advocates for the inclusion of arts and youth perspectives in decision-making processes. By amplifying the voices of marginalized communities, the organization actively promotes social justice and advocates for equal representation and opportunities.

Innovation

We also nurture a culture of creativity and innovation among the youth by providing a safe space for them to explore their ideas. Through artistic expression and problem-solving, young people develop innovative initiatives that address the specific needs and challenges faced by their communities.

About us

House of Arts Association is a dynamic youth-led organization based in Hatcliffe, Harare that works with artists and young people to develop communities through the use of art. This is achieved through its four pillars which are innovation, advocacy, education and diversity.
